Relaxing App is provided by Benoit Rivaux, a self-employed sole trader in Malta trading as Relaxing App. Contact: info@relaxingapp.com.

Accounts and age

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use the service lawfully. Registration records your Terms/Privacy acceptance, newsletter choice and business-interest choice, including version, time and source where applicable.

Free consumer app

The consumer app is currently free and contains no in-app purchases. Reviewed advertising supports it. Optional paid consumer features may be introduced only after advance notice and updated Store and contractual disclosures. Separate advertiser services, campaigns and impression packages may be paid.

Optional wellbeing preference

The question asking what you would like help with is optional. A selected preference is saved only after separate explicit consent, which can be withdrawn in My Account without losing access.

Medical disclaimer

Relaxing App is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Keep audio at a comfortable level and do not use sleep or binaural audio while driving or operating machinery.

Content, advertising and liability

App content is licensed for personal, non-commercial streaming. Advertisers must own submitted materials, make truthful lawful claims and follow the Advertising Guidelines. We may reject or remove unlawful, unsafe, misleading or infringing material. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Maltese or EU law.
