This policy applies to all data collected through your use of the Relaxing App, including any information provided via Facebook Login.

When you use the Relaxing App, we collect information necessary to provide our services. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, this may include:

• Wellness Preferences: Data regarding your goals (e.g., sleep, relaxation, etc.).
• Usage and Technical Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as features used, listening habits, device type, and operating system.

2. How to Delete Your Data

You have two ways to request the deletion of your data.

 

Method A: Deleting Your Account Within the App

The most direct way to delete your data is by using the account deletion feature within the Relaxing App.

 

1. Open the Relaxing App on your device.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings or Profile section.
3. Select the option labeled "Delete Account".
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

 

This action is permanent and will automatically erase your personal data (including your Wellness Preferences) from our active systems.

 

Method B: Requesting Deletion via Email

 

If you cannot access your account or prefer to make a manual request, you can do so by contacting us directly via email.

 

1. Compose an email from the email address associated with your Relaxing App account.
2. Address the email to: info@relaxingapp.com
3. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
4. In the body of the email, please include your full name and the email address registered to your account to help us verify your identity.

 

3. What Happens Next?

 

Once we receive your email request:

• Verification: We will first need to verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate and to protect your data from fraudulent removal. We may contact you to confirm the request.
• Processing: Upon successful verification, we will proceed with deleting all personal data associated with your account from our production databases. Please note that we may be required to retain certain anonymized data or data necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., for financial records regarding advertising purchases), as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Confirmation: The deletion process will be completed within 30 days of your request. We will send you a final confirmation email once your data has been permanently erased.
